RV parking is located in a nice flat parking lot close to the road away from the hotel and casino, it is the only designated RV parking lot. Space is on a first come basis and up to seven days are free but you must register for a players card in the casino.
We were there early February 2018, the lot was busy but we had no problem finding a suitable spot, many rigs had slides extended, chairs set up, and awnings extended.
There was lot lighting but not bright enough to interfere with sleeping, there was some road noise as there are a number of casinos on this strip but again have experienced much worse.
There were all the amenities of the hotel and casino, restaurants, and a river walk along the Colorado river to walk from casino to casino. Also multiple restaurants and fast food outlets all along the road, we did not do any shopping but there appeared to be multiple shops in the area.
The Buchanan's Rolling Down The Road 
We were there just over a year ago. Lock down a week after we got home 😦
